Design Professional Services
We have an in-house design team that willwork close with you at every stage of your addition or home improvement project. If you choose, our qualified design team will handle all aspects of planning, including permits, inspections, and engineering, taking you all the way through permit approval and receiving your COO.
Design Consultation
We can work closely with your architect or design professional in the early stages of a project to offer suggestions on materials and methods to optimize the economy of the project.
Value Engineering
When we are working with a completed design we can often offer alternative materials and/or methods of construction to save money or create a better value for the project.
Permitting
We can handle all phases of the permitting process, from initial applications and filings with Governmental agencies to applications for approval through Homeowners & Condo Associations.
